Our Company recently availed an MS 2008 Enterprise Software licenses. Then later we realized that we require it to be Multi-Language version since we also work on other languages. Do we need to upgrade these licenses to make multi-language or there are just some downloads that we need to do.

I have this issue on my Dell PowerEdge Server model R720 “ Persistent correctable memory error”. I turned off the server and check all the memory was properly seated. Then I again turn on then the error message was gone. This happens four times already so I am seeking advise on how we can resolve this. 

Please help in configuring my Konica Minolta Printer. The printer prints the whole document in all black. I try to do another test document to print but I get the same result. What does it mean? I just changed my cartridges and did not make any changes on the printer settings.

During the uninstall of FortiClient this error appeared. The shortcut exists and I can access it and I still have this problem when I want to uninstall the program. The same error appears even when I use an Uninstaller program. Can anyone tell me please what could be the problem ? How I can uninstall FortiClient ?

Hello, I was working on my HP laptop then suddenly the screen turns black there’s an error message on my screen that say’s the system has detected that a cooling fan is not working properly then it shuts off. What do you think is the reason why this happen? Will the fan needs to be replaced?

I am currently resolving an issue with my Epson Scanner. It has no lights and cannot scan the unit is new so there is just an error somewhere. I tried to power it on and off but received no respond. I also tried to reinstall the unit. Is there another option that I can try?

We are currently looking for a UPS which has an environmental monitoring system for our server room, for us to be able to monitor temperature and vibrations at a minimum and provide us notices should certain thresholds be met. Can you suggest a model or a brand that can do this?
