I have a ton of eml file that I need to view and edit when needed. We are currently receiving around 30-40 eml files a day and the only dbms that our company provides is the one that came with the MS Office suite which is MS Access.

Our IT firm is relatively small and have a limited budget since it is a recent startup firm. We are currently heavily involved with visio for developing our flowchards and class diagrams.

And due to our limited budget we are unable to buy sufficient copies of Visio. Therefore I must request you to state a remote desktop visio diagram program so that we could use visio remotely with only a limited number of pc's containing visio.

I had a serious virus problem a couple of days ago and the only way to remove was to delete the partitions and create new partitions only after having a low level format had been done.
