I downloaded drivers for my ATI 9600 and now whenever I boot up I cant adjust any of the advanced features on the control center.

I’m logged in as administrator also tried a new user but the problem persists:

I have been trying to run my Adobe premiere CS5 but I get this error message:

Using a dell laptop that’s practically brand new and ever since the first week when I boot it up I get this on screen message:

MOM.EXE – Fatal error

CLR error: 80004005

The program will now terminate.

I’m sure there no integrity violations because I ran a system file check.

I was thinking of running a recovery program but I am not sure whether it will solve the problem.
