Hello, I have this problem when trying to check my email in Microsoft Outlook 2010. It won't able me to launch the software and I don’t know what causes this problem. Any tips guys on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

As I understand from your words that you get an error when try to open Microsoft Outlook 2010, so you are using either Windows Vista or Windows 7 as I guess .
maybe this problem happened to you due to some error in the navigation bar exist inside the outlook so we will try to re-initiate it and try to open the outlook again.

1.Open the Run program by writing "run" and clicking enter in Start menu Search area exist in the below of the menu.
2. write "Outlook.exe /resetnavpane" as a command and be careful when writing as there is a space you can take it copy and past to be sure.
3. Press "Enter" button from the keyboard.
