I am receiving an "I/O error" message when I am trying to run the Palm application and after that, the application quits.

I use an old eMac and Operating System is X10.2.8.

Then I've rebooted it, as well as downloading and running the latest Palm application – but bad luck.

We only have one version of TimeSlips to load on to our computers. Its all the same version! how did this happen?
