I am using the Desktop (trial) version of Safe Wallet for iPhone 1.2.2 but I keep on receiving a desktop error message whenever I the Synchronize manager. The problem arises after creating a new wallet on the desktop. When choosing the Sync Mode option while opening a Safe Wallet the desktop error “10004 :address details resolved but exception when trying to connect” appears. I’m using Windows XP and Wi-Fi Internet connection. My connection is provided through a router which is acceptable for other iPhone software. Thank you in advance for any help.

After installing SafeWallet Pro on my phone and upgrading to Nokia PC Suite, I’m not sure if I have configured the synchronization correctly. While setting up the phone I created 2 wallets with one of them containing a card. 

A dialog box pops up with a "Getting Started – Configure wallets for Synchronization" message when I click the Sync Manager on the desktop but I receive an error message on a Firefox page when clicking the "Review Online Tutorial".

This error message says "Template Error: filename: file templates/products/symbian_s60/safewallet_pro/Configuring_Wallets_for_Synchronization.tpl does not exist. Halted.”

I have a USB Quicksilver Wireless Communication Stick and I tried to install AT&T Connection Manager Software on the stick.

While installing the software I keep on receiving the error message of “Error 1904” followed by “FilesPctelEapPeer.dll failed to register and authentication PctelEapPeer.dll HRESULT- 2147024703”.

As I couldn’t fix these errors I contacted AT&T technical support. AT&T told me that these error codes belong to Microsoft and that I had to fix my computer.

I don’t know what these codes mean and would appreciate if anyone could help me. Thank you for any help you can give and just let me know what you need.

I have Windows 98 and Microsoft Office 97 installed in my PC. Sometimes when I start Microsoft Word I receive the error “winword hpbf3120.drv at 0010000068b0” followed by the program closing. The problem still exists after I reinstall Microsoft Office 97. 

Can you please let me know if this problem has something to do with my operating system or Office 97?
