Questions with no accepted solutions

I am at a crossroads here.  I have an express adaptor for asus and I want to replace it.  My adaptor at the present is not working well.  I want to know the pros and cons of buying another pci or replace my adaptor.  I need to have a dependable brand since the one I am using currently is not dependable. Can anybody please help me?

I have just upgraded my hard drive and got a new graphic card and RAM. When I tried to run the computer, the monitor says “VGA Input: No signal” then goes to Recommended Settings, but the monitor would then go to sleep. It worked when the repairman tested my computer on his monitor. Does it have something to do with my monitor not being able to read my new graphic card?

My current OS version is Window 7.  Whenever I view a video and after a while close the browser, I can still hear the sounds.  Why does this happen?  Is something wrong with Mozilla Firefox? I always use Mozilla Firefox when browsing.

Hello! I just changed my operating system from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003. Does anybody know what are the ADS and ADS Services in Windows 2003 and what are the differences in the Active Directory and Group Policies between the two versions of Windows?

Hello.  I am quite alarmed at the state of my computer.  One of the fans inside my CPU vibrates for about 30 seconds once I turn it on. The noise is loud.  I don't have any inkling on how I could remedy this.  It usually happens when I leave my computer turned on for a long time.  Even though I restart the computer, it doesn't help. Please help me find a solution to this problem.

We really need some help please. We use a stable version of Debian (BIND 9.7.3) to host hundreds of domains which is updated weekly. One domain keeps being transferred by the secondary DNS from the master domain. Our records show that it is always successfully transferred but the serial number is always incorrect. As a result, the whole cycle of the transfer gets repeated over and over. I have no idea why the serial number is incorrect because the primary server records the correct serial number. Would you possibly have an idea what is happening and how it can be corrected?

Thank you.

Opening (instead of saving) a file from e-mail or a website works fine on my PC which is running on XP. When I do the same on my Vista laptop, it says that the file has gone to a temporary folder, but when I perform a search, it’s not there. I also tried saving the file to My Documents and the Desktop, but it doesn’t work. What am I doing wrong?

Good day!

I am not familiar with Flash media server and I am interested in how it is used. Who has knowledge on Flash Media Server 3.5.3 set up on Windows Server 2008 R2? I set up FMS (Flash Media Server) on Windows Server 2008 R2; however the admin console won’t run. I set up Flash Media Server on a Windows Server 2003 32-bit computer. And it is possible to run admin console on Server 2003 and connect to the Server 2008 R2 set up. There is a separate hard drive for media to be streamed through Flash Media Server. How will I set up Flash Media Server to have that drive as root for media file as an alternative to "c:program files (x86)…webrootvod"

Please guide me….

Thank you…

Hi!  I have two information which do not coincide.  This is about my processor.  When I run it in a Windows 7 (bit:64) OS, it shows that the speed is 100 Mega-Hertz.  However, the core speed shown is different.  What info should I believe?
