Paper Jammed in Printer, what to do now???

Hi, I have a problem in my hp LaserJet printer. Yesterday after printing some pages suddenly a page got jammed and was showing paper jam error 13.1. I switched the machine off and then on again, but nothing seemed to be solved. Why am getting this problem? Please help me.

ActiveSync Problem on my Windows Mobile
