I can not finish installing Business Contact Manager for Microsoft Outlook 2010 on my PC because of this error. Please help me to solve this.

Can’t install Business contact manager for Microsoft outlook 2010

Hello Julia,

The error that you are getting indicates an issue with SQL, but the underlying issue has to do with the Business Contact Manager Registry entries.

That issue occurs because contact manager cannot be able to remove the registry entries that were written by the prior version that you had on you computer.

To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:

• Backup and the get rid of the business Solution eCRM registry entries.
• You can get it here: HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoft and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoft
• After that rerun the setup and see if it will complete successfully.
