When I try to run and use the convert of the PDF converter I always get the error about flash but my flash is updated to latest even if I reinstall PDF converter this problem still persist.

This is a very common phenomenon. Apparently the Flash Player is an essential component of the PDF converter you are using. Not to worry. Just follow this link and click on the yellow "Download now" button and the Flash Player installation file will download itself.

Try reinstalling the software and make sure that you are able to delete the preferences and cache of the application. Most applications provide this option when uninstalling so make sure you uninstall first before you install it gain.
If you do not see any option to delete the preferences and cache during uninstalling, go to drive C > program files and find the folder for the application and delete it. You may also need to do the same in the App Data folder
