Windows 7 User Accounts Panel Error

While attempting to open "Add or remove users" in the User Accounts Panel,

I receive an error that windows cannot find.

Windows 7 User Accounts Panel Error

Maybe your error message should be

"Windows cannot find C:WindowsRundll32.exe make sure you typed the name correctly and try again."

It is because sometimes a file named Rundll32.exe becomes corrupted or missing. Have you deleted any file of drive C: (It is not mandatory, I mean where you have installed windows)?

Go to Start menu > All programs > Accessories > Run and type this command:

regsvr32.exe  jscript.dll

Then, type two more commands:

regsvr32.exe  nusrmgr.cpl

regsvr32.exe  shgina.dll

After running these commands you will see a message "DllRegisterServer in filename succeeded."

Then restart computer.
