Getting a lot of artifacts on Windows 8.1, how to fix?

I recently updated my system from Windows 7 to Windows 8 but I have a very big problem. I'm getting a lot of artifacts on he screen. I have the latest version of GPU driver and everything else. I meet all the requirements of Windows 8. How have the artifacts appeared? How can I fix this problem?

Hi,

The problem is due to GPU driver because your GPU driver version is a bad video memory which is not supported by the Windows 8. If your GPU is branded and latest, it can be of Mother Board issue. But, the most chances are of the GPU driver. You should change your existing GPU driver to i5 core GPU.
