What is system idle process windows 7 problem actually

The Process called System Idle is actually a check how much percentage of the CPU NOT in the USE! And that is the reason why this is labeled as the "Idle Process" . Simply because this is actually a measure of how much percentage of your CPU NOT in the use. If the process is close to the zero, it means that the CPU is already taxed to its limit.
The process of system idle runs while nothing else absolutely is running. And when any thread is not processed by the CPU and it is the only one is running.
