Need solution on my Idt webcam record.

Hi experts,

I have got a problem on my MS Lifecam vx1000. When I record any video, the playback looks well without any sound.  all the equipment and their's setup is alright. What is the problem on my Idt webcam record?  Have any idea? And what is the solution? Please help me.

Hi

Ensure that you set the application to capture sound too. If you have muted sound capturing in anyway then enable the sound capture. Endure that your camera has sound capture capabilities and that you sound drivers are working properly. If you are using third party sound capturing services such as a microphone, ensure it plugged in and that its been installed and working correctly.
