Need to know the features offered in Visio 2010

Dear Experts,

I have read somewhere that in Visio 2010 single image can be displayed as a background or border and also title design to one’s diagrams. I couldn’t read much about it.

Can anyone tell what else features does it offer in this manner?

Hi Erskine,

 

There are a lot of new features included in Visio 2010. You may check some of it below:

 

1. Auto size and auto adjustment of shapes – when auto size is turned on, any shape that will be dropped outside the current page, the page will extend to accommodate a larger diagram.

2. AutoCAD compatibility – CAD files from AutoCAD 2008 can be imported and save here.

3. Backstage view – it helps find frequently used features for managing Visio drawings.

4. ShapeSheet IntelliSense – It is new in Visio 2010. It makes an automatic lookup and auto-complete functions for formulas.
