Cannot submit an error message for solutions?

Hi Techyv,

My system has of late been on some sort of a fault.

It cannot submit an error message when I try to submit an error message, and instead it returns an “error: Dell Dock” which keeps appearing on the screen.

What could be the problem with my system?

Hi Carl, 

It looks like the error is pointing out to Dell Dock's software. Dell Dock is a software created by Stardock and Dell that helps organize your desktop and applications to achieve much user friendly and much satisfactory use of Dell computers.

To help you fix this errors, what you can do is uninstall and reinstall the Dell Dock software:

For windows XP

Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and look for Dell Dock

For windows Vista/7

Windows Logo > Control Panel > Programs and Features and uninstall Dell Dock

Once uninstalled, restart your computer. To reinstall the software, just go here:
