By the way what is your printer model and brand?

Re-setter of printer depends on the brand of the printer, I am using an Epson TX210 and I am just who reset this machine.

I just downloaded the software in the internet, when I still don't know how to do it, the printer conversion shop ask me for a good bulk of money to reset, suddenly i research about it and I've found out that it's just simple.

Regards with printer spooler problem, it just needs to be reset. 

Try this some procedures:

1. In services, right-click Print Spooler and then properties

2. Click the Dependencies tab, the first box lists all of the system services that must be running for Printer Spooler to start. These are the dependencies.

3. Make a note of each service, click OK.

Since that error is related to the Print Spooler service, check that the Print Spooler service is running. Click “Start”, “Control Panel”, “Administrative Tools” then double-click “Services”. In “Services” window, scroll down and look for the “Print Spooler” service. Double-click it to open the “Properties”. In the properties window, in “General” tab, make sure “Startup type” is set to “Automatic”.

If the service is not running, click “Start” to start the service manually then “OK”. If the problem continues, try deleting your printer then add it again. To delete the printer, click “Start”, “Control Panel” then “Devices and Printers”. If you don’t see this, set view to “Small icons”. Next, right-click your printer then select “Remove device”.

To add the printer back, in “Devices and Printers”, click “Add a printer” then “Add a local printer”. In “Choose a printer port” page, make sure “Use an existing port” is selected then click “Next”. In the “Install the printer driver” page, select the printer manufacturer and model then click “Next”. Follow the succeeding instructions then click “Finish”.
