I am having trouble in using Outlook in Windows 10 PC after an update. I am getting a 0x800ccc61 error. Can somebody help me to fix the 0x800ccc61 error in Outlook?

Can Somebody Help Me To Fix The 0x800ccc61 Error In Outlook?

Check out the below methods that can solve the 0x800ccc61 error.

Method 1

a. Open Outlook.
b. Go to Tools.
c. Go to the Account Settings option.
d. Go to your e-mail account.
e. Click on the Repair button.
f. Close Outlook.
g. Open it, and your problem should be gone.

Method 2

a. Open Outlook.
b. Go to Tools.

c. Open Account Settings.

d. Click on your e-mail account.
e. Click on Change.

f. Click on More settings in the Change E-mail Account dialog box.
g. Go to the Outgoing server tab.

h. Click on the “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox.”
i. Click on the “Use same settings as my incoming mail server.”
j. Save the changes.
