Please help me to solve the 0x800ccc6d Outlook error. I sent an e-mail with a picture attachment, but the e-mail is stuck in the Outbox. I need to delete the e-mail to continue working in Outlook, but I cannot delete it.

How Can I Resolve The 0x800ccc6d Outlook Error?

To solve the 0x800ccc6d outlook error, you need to go offline. Here is how you can do the same –

a. Open Outlook. If already opened, close and open it again.
b. Go to File.
c. Select the Work offline option.
d. Go to View.
e. In Layout, untick the preview pane.
f. Delete the message from Outbox.
g. You will be able to resume work.
