I have a problem using this Photoshop from an office. I usually download pictures from the SD card through Photoshop, but its not showing right now. I usually get the bridge to show me all the photos inside the card, but its not showing up. What settings should I change here? I need to use the bridge to run my actions saved in PS.

Hi,

Yes, I also download pictures from Photoshop CS4 using the bridge installed with it. May I know what version of PS you are using? You might be using the portable CS which does not come with Bridge add on apps.

If you want to use the bridge, It must be a full installed PS CS3 or CS4, where the bridge app is included during installation. The portable PS does not come with that feature. In case you are using the portable CS, just use the picture manager in windows or other software. In case you are using the full version PS CS4, check the bridge on top. See image for guide.

Hi Quarterpunder,

Will I don’t really know what your exact problem was. But I did some research about your issue. Then this I found out. You can reset the preference. The problem seems to be the Photoshop use of my graphic card (Asus 8800GT EN). So by going to edit->Preferences->General->Performance and there disabling "Enable OpenGL Drawing", press OK. And the picture should be back.

The problem is that not using the graphic card limits some of the new features of Photoshop. I will try to figure out how get it enabled without any problems. Or some of your file was not compatible with your application. This would help.

Thanks,
