I am currently using Windows 10 on my computer. I have recently experienced a problem. Whenever I start my computer the update service gives an error code 0x80004005 unspecified error on the screen. Please help me to solve my problem.

You can follow any of the methods given below.

1. Note down the update from the dialogue box that appears on the screen. Go to Microsoft’s official website and manually download the update. You will need to log in with your Microsoft account and enter the license key for your copy of Windows. Download the MSI package and run it on your computer as the administrator.

2. Open the Start Menu and run the command ‘Regedit.’ Check all the ‘AppCompat’ flag keys in the registry. Delete any corrupted key.

3. Disable antivirus blocking option for MS Outlook.
