My Outlook 2013 is showing me this message, and because of it, Outlook can’t send/receive messages.
“Upgrade is in Progress. Your mailbox is currently optimizing Outlook 2013. This complete process is taking almost 15 minutes, and efficiency may be affected when the process is in progress”. What can be the cause?

MS Office-Your Mailbox Is Currently Optimizing Outlook 2013 Due To Updates

This process happens because Microsoft might have loaded many updates on your system and because of which you cannot send or receive messages. It will result in optimization of your mailbox which will continue for a long time.

To resolve the issue, open Control Panel, then click on Program and Features, then go to Microsoft Office, then click Change, and then go to Online Repair
It will take around five minutes, and the problem will solve.
