For client computers, Microsoft Dynamics GP 10 supports Windows XP Professional [Service Pack 2 or Service Pack 3], Windows Vista [Enterprise, Ultimate, or Business] [Service Pack 1 or Service Pack 2], and Windows 7. Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions are supported. The letters GP in the program’s name, by the way, stands for Great Plains.

Looking at your screenshot, it’s obvious you are not using a client computer. For server computers, make sure you are running Windows Server 2003 32-bit or 64-bit Standard Service Pack 2, Windows Server 2003 R2 32-bit or 64-bit Standard Service Pack 2, Windows Small Business Server 2003 Premium Service Pack 2, Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Premium Service Pack 2, Windows Small Business Server 2003 Standard Service Pack 2 [for MSDE / SQL 2005 Express only], Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Standard Service Pack 2 [for MSDE / SQL 2005 Express only], Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard, Windows Server 2008 32-bit or 64-bit Standard with or without Service Pack 2 [requires Microsoft Dynamics GP 10 Service Pack 2 and higher], Windows Small Business Server 2008 Premium with or without Service Pack 2 [requires Microsoft Dynamics GP 10 Service Pack 2 and higher], and Windows Essential Business Server 2008 Premium with or without Service Pack 2 [requires Microsoft Dynamics GP 10 Service Pack 2 and higher].

Since the program is throwing a “not installed” error, make sure Microsoft Dynamics GP 10 is installed properly or else you will still be getting this error again and again and will not start the application.
