Traktor 2 failed to update

Hi,

On my MAC I have installed an old version of Traktor but today someone told me that would be better to run an update to get more features which will grant more access in mixing. When I run the updates this error message stopped all my wishes. I didn’t try to change something in my MAC because I don’t want to ruin my old version of Traktor. Can anyone please help me to update my Traktor? Why I can’t do it and what is the problem with the location? Thank you!

Traktor 2 failed to update

It seems there is something wrong in the installation of your Traktor 2 and your computer thinks that it is not installed. This error normally happens if the product is not installed properly or is malfunctioning. To make things right try reinstalling and make sure to do a clean installation. Uninstall the program first, restart your computer, and run the installer to install it back.

After the installation, try doing the update again and see if it’s successful. If still nothing happened, try downloading the installer again or might as well download the latest version from Traktor Pro 2. If you don’t want to upgrade, don’t update Traktor 2. Just make sure it is working properly so you can use it and just forget about updating it.

Additionally, Traktor Pro 2 supports Mac OS X 10.7 Lion or 10.8 Mountain Lion. It also works on Microsoft Windows and supports only Windows 7 and Windows 8 both 32-bit and 64-bit editions.
