Clicking on Empire Age 3 Icon on my Desktop Doesn’t Work

I am a big fan of strategy games. I have downloaded and installed Empire Age 3 in my PC and it was working well but today when i clicked the game icon on desktop nothing happened i tried re-installing it but same results. Is this a problem with my PC or game file?

Clicking on Empire Age 3 Icon on my Desktop Doesn’t Work

 

There are several reasons possible for this issue. Try doing the following things and hopefully you will get rid of the problem.

1.       Try running the game from its main folder instead of running it from shortcut icon.

2.       Right click on game icon and choose Run as administrator and then click continue.

Choose older version as a compatibility mode for your game by getting into the properties of your game icon.

Hi Eric,

Can you please post the error you are getting? Meanwhile, also try the options below:

1. Check if you have installed any other apps during this period that have created this issue. If yes, uninstall that app; try to open the game after restarting your PC.

2. Restore your system to an older date. Go to Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> System Restore, and restore your PC to a older date when the game used to work. Now, install your Game.
