Nero light Scribe Print Process failed

Hello,

I am using the latest version of Nero- Light Scribe under Windows XP Operating System but unable to use it properly because of this internal error. Have you any idea to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Nero light Scribe Print Process failed

Hi Richard,

Do you have a PowerDVD program on your computer? It seems the cause of this problem came from the PowerDVD which causes communication error while lightscribbing. So to fix this problem, try to deactivate the PowerDVD from running at start up (you could remove it from start-up options in msconfig) including its “RichVideo” service which might also running on the background.
