Computer constantly freezes randomly even after changing PSU

 Hi there,

When I try to use my computer, it freezes at odd times. I suspected the problem to be the power supply or overheating. However, I eliminated overheating and replaced the power supply but the problem persists. Anyone with the solution?

I would be very thankful.

Hi Judy.

What type of processor are you using?It would have been easy for me if you had added this information.

Hence,this type of problem occurs if the RAM quality is low.Check your RAM and upgrade it if neeeded.Then this problem will not happen.There is another possibility of anykinds of virus attack.Do you haveany anti-virus?If you don't,then you have to format your computer and re-install the windows with an anti-virus.

Hello there,

First check if there is any virus is available in your computer or not! If you don’t get any virus in your computer, than it is hardware problem. First download and install CCleaner. Clean the unnecessary things from your computer and uninstall unnecessary programs. Then download a RAM cleaner from internet. Also install that and run that. Now run disk defragment. Now reboot the system and check if the system is showing better performance than before.

If not, then you have to check by changing the RAM and HDD. I hope this time it will show you better performance.
