Hi Conrad Nelson, I search a solution that may help you solve your problem.

The proofing tools are not yet installed. Try to install it by follow these easy steps.

1. Close all possible programs running on your computer.

2. Click start and locate the control panel and click it.

3. Click on Add or Remove program.

4. Locate the Microsoft office, click it and choose change.

5. Seeing the Microsoft office professional plus 2010 tab; check Add or remove features and click continue.

6. Locate for proofing tools, click it to see a drop down list and choose “Run all from my computer”.

7. Lastly click Continue.

Hi,

Every time you purchase or download Microsoft Office, Spell Check is included. The problem is that if spell check is enabled or not. To see if it is enabled this are some tips (For MS Word only):

  1. First, open your Microsoft word then right click to the status bar. (Status bar is located at the bottom part of the MS Word aligned with Zoom, etc).
  2. Then, see if the selection for Spelling and Grammar Check is checked. If not then click the selection Spelling and Grammar Check.

If this didn’t work, free to visit the site https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Check-spelling-and-grammar-in-Office-2010-and-later-5cdeced7-d81d-47de-9096-efd0ee909227?CorrelationId=b7ca3e20-f13c-4440-9acf-3fce0c5a8e75&ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US&ocmsassetID=HP010354279

Hope this will help.
