Where to receive the signal from?

I have a MSI z97 motherboard and a Geforce GTX 980 4GB video card. Where should I connect the HDMI cable for output. What may be the differences between plugging it to the video card and plugging it to the motherboard? Will the cable connection use my GPU and bring any potential drop in performance?

Hello Jose!

I remember using built-in video cards. For few months I was able to use my computer fast and reliable. After certain time, I noticed the transition of graphics specially switching from one window to another.

Every time I install games or software it will give me error or it will limit me because of my video card.

I recommend using and getting signals from GeForce GTX 980!

We know that if we will use built-in video cards it will occupy more memory space. Meaning to say that if we will use GeForce video card the system will become much faster. You can also extend the use of video cards especially with graphics and games.
