I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2003 for my office work.

I get to manage my contacts, mails and appointments easily.

But I'm having some problems when it comes to printing my e-mails.

Every time I try printing them, I can't print the selected pages I want and the formatting somewhat changed.

What is the best print engine for outlook?

I think It will make my job a lot easier,

The best print engine for Outlook is the Print engine for outlook software. This software among other things prints your attachments and mails, using the InboxRULES it also organizes and controls your emails.

This software automatically prints messages to the specified printer from both MS Exchange Server mailbox and Outlook.

Hi Nicholls, 

 
I myself always print from Outlook and the Page Setup works great for me. I don’t need to reconfigure them again.
 
Well I am not certain if we have the same version but mine is Outlook 2007. After I setup all that I need to setup I don’t need to change them back when I print another document.
 
Maybe if you can elaborate more of what is happening then maybe we can provide you more solutions.
For now all you have to do is go to the Page setup windows before printing anything.
 
Do not print then change settings because it will always revert back if you do it that way.
