Hello,

VNC didn’t work and I am receiving the following error. How can I fix it? Can you provide the proper solution to resolve this issue? I extremely need your help. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi there Paul A Herron,
 
Looks like the software is in the conflict with something or some files are corrupted.
 
The first thing to do is to check if there is realvnc installed on the server. If yes, remove it and try running VNC again.
 
If it still doesn't work, you will need to reinstall it, this time without having realvnc installed on the server.
