Hi,

I am getting the following VMware VCenter Converter error due to incorrect user credentials.

What is actually wrong with the server connection?

The ports the working fine then why this error displayed?

I can’t complete my operation so please give some suggestion what to do now?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Donald

It appears that some services are preventing the connection. Please make sure you have disabled your Windows and Antivirus firewall before the operation. They may sometimes prevent such processes by shutting the connection down.

Also make sure that you are using a correct domain username format. This error seems exactly the type given by using wrong credentials.
