Hi Jillian

It would be much easier if you also posted the error message after you login but try these basics steps first.

Please follow the steps below to fix the issue:

-Clear temporary files by going to start, type %temp% on the search box and hit enter. Delete all the stuffs inside the temp folder.

-Clear cache on the web browser.

-Delete temporary internet files.

-Reload the page and check if you can login.

Note: If you have a CCleaner , you can use the software to clear temp files, cache, browsing history and cookies. It would be much easier.

If the above mention steps won’t work, try to reset your Google ID. There are also server failures for Open ID that was noticed by other users. You might as well contact Google to check the issue.

Hope you find this helpful.

Cheers

I’m really confused with “clean-up sites”. You didn’t explain what a clean-up site is. If you are trying to login to a website using your Google ID or Google mail but failed to do so, check again if the site accepts logins using Google account. If the site really accepts Google accounts as login and you have successfully signed in before, try logging in using a different browser.

For example, if you are using Mozilla Firefox to login to the website, try logging in using Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, or Microsoft Internet Explorer. This way you can determine if the problem is with your login name or with the browser. If the problem is with your username, try resetting your password or click on the “Forgot your password” link below the login form.

The website will send you the correct password or will automatically reset your password and will send you a temporary password so you can login and change the password. If you don’t want to use other browser, you can also try reinstalling your current browser. Uninstall it and then install it back. Don’t install any plug-ins or extensions yet. Log in to your account first.

When the problem is fixed, then you can install your plug-ins back.
