I am using an Android 5.1.1 OS on my Samsung phone. I have more than 50% RAM free and the app I am trying to download occupies 15MB space. I have accepted all terms and conditions. However, no matter how many times I retry to download the app, I am facing the error: “App could not be downloaded due to an error 927”and my download ceases.

Please suggest me a way out.

Go to Settings and select “All” and then select “Google Play Store”. Now press Force Stop. Clear all temporary data by pressing “Clear Cache”. Now again, try downloading or updating the app that was showing the error. If this process does not work, then go to Settings again. Select “Google Play Store” and press “Uninstall Updates”. Then clear cache from the download

manager again.

In case both the methods fail, you can go to System settings and open Accounts select Google and remove your current Gmail account. After clearing cache once more, add your Gmail account back to Accounts.Restart your Android device and then accept all the Google terms and fresh install the Google settings you will receive. This will definitely solve Error 927.
