Hello Ally,

Experts please help me to install the Ultra surf in the system. I am not able to complete the installation successful getting an error message. Is my Antivirus protecting me from new update or installation? Even I tried after turning off the antivirus still I get this error message. Please help me. Thanks.

This window warns you to disable your antivirus before proceeding with the installation. The problem here is the ambiguous wording of the choices presented to you. Instead of saying "Continue"/"Quit", you are presented with "Yes"/"No", which are usually answers to a question. In this case, once you disable your antivirus, click "Yes" and the installation will proceed without a problem.
