Trend Micro installation was unsuccessful

Hi,

During the install of Trend Micro I have this error with this message. I don’t know what this error code means and how can this be solved. I use to install the official installer downloaded from the official website. Does anyone have any idea why my installation was unsuccessful ? I can I install this properly ?

Trend Micro installation was unsuccessful

This problem is occurring because of a corrupted system file inside “%systemroot%system32” folder. The file is called “dbghelp.dll”.

Obtain a copy of “dbghelp.dll” from another PC with same OS and paste it inside %systemroot%system32” and remove the older one.

Another way to solve this issue is to run the program with administration privilege. Right-click on the setup file, select “Run as administrator”.

If this still doesn’t solve this issue, you have to get a fresh system by giving a clean Windows setup. Backup all your files from C drive, follow the instructions to install Windows. Then, run the software setup.
