Hi experts,

After the updating the ZoneAlarm firewall, I have a problem with the Toshiba power saver utility on my laptop. I think the ZoneAlarm firewall has created some problem. How to solve this error? Can I able to revert back to original version? Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Please help. Thanks.

This is a known compatibility issue with ZA firewall. In simple words you can error and completely un-install zonealarm to solve this problem. Instead you may try to use the firewall service from the OS or from the Antivirus program. Alternatively, try using Toshiba recovery CD and run it to correct any missing file issues. This issue should get resolved by reinstalling the Power saver utility which is part of Toshiba Common Modules Utility.
