I have a desktop that has an Intel Core i7, 8 GB DDR3 RAM, 1TB HDD, 1GB Nvidia GeForce Video Card and Windows 8 that is open and online 24/7. Is there a way to remote wakeup my desktop thru Skype? I already have installed Skype for Windows 8. Need help regarding remote wakeup Skype. Thanks.

If you have already installed Skype on your system, you can install Skype Skyremote which will enable you to share your desktop and remotely connect to your system/
But you cannot wake up your system through skype. However if you can enable LAN on wakeup and make an autorun program to run skype when computer starts, you can monitor your system through skype.Â
