Often malwares keep running on the background and to prevent the user from stopping their process manually from the task manager, the malwares disable the task manger from the registry. What can be the way around this?

Task Manager Disabled By Administrator
The malwares generally add a registry value to form registry policies. We can work around it by the following steps.
a) Open notepad and type the following as shown.
b) Save the file with .reg extension
c) Run the file with administrator privileges and it should add the required registry values to unhook the task manager and all users should have their access back.
