Every time I log in to Skype after about some minutes it crashes and giving me this error, I have the updated version of Skype and I didn't change any settings or deleted files of it.

First of all you should have described which operating system you are using.
I would be giving you a precise answer that you can apply to any (Windows) operating system Skype is installed on.
In Xp environment:
1. Go to Start > All Programs > Run and write “SFC /scannow” without quotes.
2. If problem persists, try to uninstall any other software you recently installed and that could have manipulated windows dynamic link libraries.
In Vista/7 Environment:
1. Click on Start type “SFC /scannow” without quotes. This will automatically scan for any broken link library files or any broken or missing windows protected files.
2. This can also be the outcome of any recently installed hardware device that is used by Skype like graphics card or soundcard.
Note: You will need operating system CD/DVD while using the command SFC. Some people have also informed that it’s a kind of bug in the Skype which cannot be eliminated yet in some machines.
