Hello friends,

I tried to load music from iTune store for several times, but every time it says "the item you're requested is not currently available in the US store.". I used iTune several time before, but such kind of message did not appear anytime.

I don't know why it happens but need to know how to overcome the problem.

Error message:

Your request could not be completed.

The item you’ve requested is not currently available in the US store.

Best wishes,

Evana

Hi,

If you were able to access appstore before and it's giving you the error message now, you can try to update iTunes first. If you are using a Macintosh computer, you can do the software update first by clicking the apple logo on the upperleft corner of the screen and select Software Update. Make sure that you update everything. You might also want to try and log-out from your account and sign back in. If all those steps did not work, you can try to reset PMU and zap PRAM. To reset PMU, and if you are using a desktop apple computer, just disconnect ALL the cables connected the computer and press and hold down the power button for about 15 seconds. It will just drain out all the power from the computer. For zapping the PRAM, just right after you press the power button to turn it back on, press and hold down all 4 keys at the same time (COMMAND-OPTION-P-R) and wait for the third chime before you release.

Hope this helps

hey,

If you are definite that this app is available for iTunes’ US Store. This might be a simple glitch or the developer is currently updating the app when you accessed it. You can try rebooting your iTunes and do it again. Or visit Skyfire’s website for the direct link of the iTunes download.
