Setup Failed Error on Installing Windows Phone 8.0 SDK

I'm trying to install Windows Phone 8.0 SDK through Visual Studio 2012 Premium Update 3 but it failed with an error. It seems there is a certificate issue but I am not sure how to fix it. Installing the full ISO file doesn't help at all or re-download Visual Studio. How can I fix it?

You are right, there is an issue with the certificate on one of the file. To fix this, follow the steps below and see if it will work for you:

1. Install Windows 8.0 SDK standalone MSI. If you are going to install it through DVD or ISO, dvdPackagesWindows_SDKWin8SharedSDKTools.msi or just download the following files and put it all in a folder and then install Win8SharedSDKTools.msi from that folder:
