I just inserted the WordPress application, but it will not start because the MSVCP140.dll file is missing. Where can I get the replacement?

Fixing Msvcp140.dll Missing

Step 1: I advise you to transfer and install Visual C ++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 and see if this solves the problem.

Step 2: I also advise you to run the SFC scan and see if it helps you.

The System File Checker is a Windows utility that allows users to check if the Windows system files are damaged and to recover damaged files. Follow these steps:

Open cmd

Type “sfc / scannow” without using quotation marks and press Enter.

Restart the PC after the scan and look for the problem.
