Server error: not authorized to use the server

Hi Guru,

IBM Lotus Freelance Graphics is running on my machine. However, when I try to connect the server, this below error appears suddenly and it says that I am not authorized to use the server. I have no idea I cannot use which server. Please find the below screenshot of the error message for your reference.

Does anyone have this error message previously? Any suggestions are welcome. Have a nice day.

Hi James,

If you get an error message saying “You are not authorized to use the server” it is because the user was entered into the Deny list. When you get this error message, you must log in as the administrator and you will have to change the permission of the user in question or remove the user from the deny list.
