Freelance Graphics Internal Error has occurred

Hi there, 

When I use the Productivity Tool of IBM Lotus Presentations in Lotus Notes 8 client, an error message appears and it says that a freelance graphics internal error is encountered. Please find the screenshot of the error message for your reference.

I have no idea why this happens. Could any expert help me to fix this error please? Thanks in advance.

Fault Number: 0

 

RESET will abort the current operation. If

you choose this option you should attempt

to save your work as soon as possible.

 

CHAIN will invoke 'normal' error handling.

 

TERMINATE will end the current application.

Freelance Graphics Internal Error has occurred

Hi there Paul A Herron,

This is a known issue still waiting to be resolved by IBM. The problem occurs when Lotus Presentations file contains graphics from Lotus Freelance Graphics.

Unfortunately there is no fix or workaround for this problem, but clicking on the option chain when you see the error will result in continuing the process and showing your images regarding the error.
