If you are doing your work on cloud and you are using an application in accessing your cloud resources and applications, the problem may have been caused by the cloud client. And as far as your cloud apps are concerned, I don’t see any problem in their stability because they are all stored on the cloud and not directly on your computer. The security and integrity of the programs you stored are well kept and maintained.

But after checking, it seems like Cloud Flow Designer is not a client that you install on the computer. It’s an online service that provides Customer Relationship Management [CRM] application. If you signup for a free trial, you get free 30 days full access to all the capabilities and features of their CRM application.

Because Cloud Flow Designer is not a software you install, you only need to have a web browser to access the service. If you are using Windows Internet Explorer in accessing Cloud Flow Designer, make sure you are not using the version earlier than version 8. Cloud Flow Designer requires Windows Internet Explorer 8 and up, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.

Just in case you’re on Windows Internet Explorer 7, update to version 8 or higher. Also, make sure you have an updated Flash Player installed at least version 10 because lower version is not supported. To download the latest Flash Player, click Adobe Flash Player Latest Offline Download. This is the same download you get from Adobe website but the standalone version of the installer because the one you get from Adobe website is the web installer for online installation.
