I use Google Chrome. I need to increase safety of connection to websites.

I have read online about ‘HTTPS Everywhere for Chrome 2.5.1 Beta’ that is said to encrypt data more securely.

Is it compatible with every website?

Nope, that doesn’t apply to all web sites. If that version of Google Chrome enables users to use the HTTPS Everywhere setting, this configuration applies only to web sites that have secured http connection or https. If the web site you are visiting only supports http protocol then the https configuration is ignored.

Not all web sites support this protocol. There are few web sites I know that uses the https protocol and some of them are: IncraseBux, oDesk, PayPal , twitter, and facebook (if you enable the secured connection on its settings).
