Query on Windows Installation Process

The Windows installer would not allowed the computer term to be the same as the user account tag. This is considered as a bad exercise and can cause trouble with device that used the system such as SQL Server.  But after the installation you can actually alter the terms to compare. My question is why do Windows allow this after explicitly prohibited during the installation process?

I guess that process is allowed to be altered later on when you have already installed the operating system because now you have the full control over the operating system. During the installation process, the restrictions are put there by Microsoft to just guard against any misuse of rights by people who may be masquerading as others and therefore have bad intentions of taking over some other people's systems, and therefore you will need just to adhere to that.

But now that you can change it, and you wanted to do that it is be advantage to you instead of a problem. But you have to be aware of the risks of using easy to tell account settings. It exposes your computer to threats of being infiltrated.
