I am using Xperia S as my phone. Recently it is showing some problems with my bank accounts.
I always use online ways to manage my bank accounts, but now my dropdowns isn't working properly.
I have tried changing my content lock, no change !!
Someone please help me with this.
If you are using your mobile phone to access your bank account, maybe the problem is not actually with your phone but with the mobile web browser you are using on your phone. Maybe this is what’s causing the problem.
Try checking first the configuration of the mobile web browser and verify every setting for changes. You probably accidentally made some changes with your browser’s setting that’s why this happens.
If you didn’t find any changes on its configuration, try reinstalling your mobile web browser if it’s possible. If the browser comes with your phone then removing it may not be possible. Install a different web browser on your phone and see if this fixes your problem.
