I recently heard about this software called Blender 2.63a, for checking that software I download it and start working on it. Now it show some problems. Its Libload function is not working so fine. When I import files it is automatically forgetting to load its textures.

Anyone having such a problem like this, someone know how to solve this ?

You have downloaded the latest version of Blender which is Blender 2.63a which was only released a month ago, May 10, 2012.

Maybe you downloaded the wrong version of the installer for your operating system that’s why it works differently when you are using it. Blender 2.63a works on Windows XP 32-bit and 64-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit and 64-bit, Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit, Linux x86-32 and x86-64, and Mac OS X 10.5 and later operating systems.

For Linux, this program requires installing glibc 2.7. If you mistakenly installed the wrong version of the application, try downloading it again.

But if you are sure that you downloaded and installed the correct version of the program, try doing a clean installation of the program again to restore it to its default configuration and remove possible corrupted files.

Uninstall Blender 2.63a then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install Blender 2.63a again after this and do a test if it works.

To download the installer again and to know more about the application including the complete details about its system specifications, you may visit blender — Get Blender section.

Hello Larry,

The issue is most probable with the setup that you used to install Blender 2.63a. Did you get it from the manufacturer's site? If you didn't then the site you downloaded it from may not be trusted.

I will therefore recommend that you download the setup from the developer's website and then try reinstalling it.

Nicke
